TO PURCHASE

Gift Vouchers are delivered instantly by email. To send the gift directly to the recipient, simply fill in both of your information on the product page. Alternatively, if you would prefer to print and gift it at a later date, simply enter your own email address!

Once your order is complete, an email containing the e-Gift Voucher will be sent to the email address entered in the ‘recipients’ email’ section. This will include the code they will need to use to redeem the gifted amount.

Please note, no physical gift voucher is sent via post – electronic delivery only. Gift vouchers are available in all denominations and include your own personal message.

REDEMPTION

The recipient just has to present the voucher or it’s code when paying for a treatment or product at Jo Coletta Skin.

The voucher is valid until the expiry date specified and cannot be redeemed or replaced after this date. Jo Coletta Skin is not responsible for lost / stolen vouchers, and is not responsible for replacing a voucher that has been lost / stolen. The voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The voucher is not valid with any other offer and / or special at Jo Coletta Skin. This voucher must be used by one person in one visit.
